About the area

Zieleniec in the Sudety spreads about 21 km of pistes across many separate, short slopes. Roughly 70% of that (15 km) is green or blue, and only about 1% counts as black or expert terrain, so this is first and foremost a place to learn: five magic carpets handle first steps, and there are 32 short easy runs starting next to a lift base. Families get most of what they need, though the layout is fragmented. Experts will run out of options quickly — the longest single descent gives only 144 m of vertical.

The area works from 738 m to 1015 m, with 32 lifts in total: 6 chairlifts plus a large number of platters and T-bars. The longest run measures 1509 m, and 6 km of red pistes give confident intermediates somewhere to go. About 11 km of slopes are floodlit for evening skiing.
