About the area

Szrenica Ski Arena in the Sudety mountains is mostly a red-run hill: of about 10 km of pistes, 6 km are red, 2 km (21%) green or blue and 1 km (13%) black. That mix makes it a solid intermediate area. Beginners can get going — there is a magic carpet and three short easy runs next to a lift base — but the easy terrain is limited and black pistes make up a noticeable share. Families should note that with just one magic carpet, facilities for first steps are thin. Experts will find it too small: only 1 km of black or freeride terrain.

The area runs from 642 m to 1305 m, giving 593 m of vertical, and the longest descent measures about 4 km. Twelve lifts serve it: three chairlifts plus four T-bars, two platters, two J-bars and the carpet. Around 2 km of piste is floodlit for evening skiing.
