Sölden covers about 103 km of pistes, and the mix leans easy to intermediate: 55 km are green or blue, 33 km red and 15 km black or freeride terrain. That makes it a solid choice for beginners, helped by six magic carpets and 21 short easy runs next to a lift base. Families benefit from nine gondolas or cable cars, so small children never have to load a chairlift.
