Heuberg Arena/Walmendingerhorn in Vorarlberg has about 30 km of pistes, and roughly half of that (15 km, 49%) is green or blue. That makes it a sensible choice for beginners and for families: there are 19 short easy runs right next to a lift base, plus a magic carpet for first turns. With 13 km of red, confident intermediates have enough to work through. Experts will find it thin, though: only about 3 km (9%) is black, expert or freeride terrain, and the biggest vertical on a single run is 427 m.

The area runs from 1,067 m up to 1,936 m and is served by 15 lifts, including a cable car, four chairlifts and several drag lifts. The cable car matters with small children, since there is no chairlift loading involved. The longest run measures 2,785 m.
