About the area

Davos-Klosters spreads 170 km of marked runs across several separate mountains, split into 55 km of blue, 80 km of red and 20 km of black. That mix works for most levels: a third of the terrain is easy, and with 6 magic carpets and 40 nursery runs it is a workable place to learn or to bring children. Experts get 34 km of hard skiing, 20 percent of the network, plus 14 km of marked freeride terrain and a maximum vertical of 999 m in one descent. The longest run measures 7 km.

The area runs from 1000 m up to 2810 m, so 1810 m of height difference and reliable snow on the upper sectors. There are 71 lifts, including 7 cable cars, 4 gondolas and 14 chairlifts. Davos village sits at 1560 m with a 514 m walk to the lift; Serneus (995 m) and Klosters Dorf are ski-in/ski-out. Cross-country skiers have 76 km of trails, and 4 km of piste are floodlit.
