About the area

Aprica is a mid-sized Lombardy area with 38 km of pistes, and just under half of that — 19 km — is green or blue, so it works well for people still learning. Four magic carpets cover first steps, and there are seven short easy runs right next to a lift base, which keeps beginners from long traverses. Families are helped by two gondolas, so small children don't have to load a chairlift. Experts get less: 6 km of black and freeride terrain, 16% of the network, and the longest vertical on a single run is 814 m.

The skiing runs between 1,157 m and 2,254 m, giving 814 m of vertical, with the longest descent 5,023 m. Fifteen lifts serve it: 2 gondolas, 4 chairlifts, 5 platters and 4 magic carpets. There are also 6 km of floodlit piste for evening laps.
